Knitted for a friend in Chicago. It took me just over a month overall, in between other projects, and I had to unpick it and re-knit it a few times! I had to put lifelines in twice in case things went wrong, but I finished it tonight.

It has a double brim, made by knitting enough for the ribbing, then three rows of plain purl, then the same amount of ribbing again; then I picked up the cast-on edge and knitted it together with the next row. The 'eyes' are double-bobbles, worked into two stitches, to get them a little bigger.
It's on a small football, balanced on top of a cone of yarn, to make it easier to photograph!
