So while I am procrastinating on writing four essays I thought I would show off some of my recent projects.

This is my very first felted project. It is a little short, but that's what learning is all about. I really like the shape of it. It was made with Fishermen's wool which sheds really bad in the washer but looks pretty good once it's done.

This was a super quick knit. I had some left over yarn I bought for my friend's birthday present and liked the feel of it. Unfortunately the fluffy balls (called Sprinkles) are now discontinued. It's a pity because I really like those colors.

This is my first shawl. I meant it to be a sontag but obviously it didn't turn out that way. The shawl is surprisingly warm. I like the color coordination. Under the shawl you'll see my sad attempt to knit a corset with a drop stitch pattern. The corset looks fine by itself, great on the mannequin, but horrible on any living person. Next time I'll try to work some boning in so it will have a better shape.

Some nifty armwarmers I whipped up. My friend and I were really excited about making arm warmers for awhile. He did some really cool black and white ones with fluffy ends. I went for a simpler, more sleek look.
