The colour design is by Woolly Thoughts, and it's a paid pattern if you buy theirs. However, I came up with completely my own design for the squares. The way I did it, they're knitted in a modular way, from the outside in, rather than being knitted separately and then seamed together. I put the details of the way I did it in my original post HERE.
